initiative

Taking initiative to start a conversation

Taking initiative to care for others

Taking initiative to ask whether ppl is in need

Taking initiative to help ppl

because afraid of

noone is going to start conversation with u

noone is going to care about u if u waiting for the care

noone is going to ask about whether u hav any problem

noone is going to help u when u are in need of it

Taking initiative is a way to grab thing

they refuse jz to let thing go by itself

afraid that thing will go to worse than he thought if he dun try to grab it

afraid if he dun grab someone, nobody is going to grab him n he'll, like a kite without string, lost n gone...

Taking initiative in friendship makes him don't know how others feel towards him

wondering, will the friendship be the same without his initiative?

You are right also..Taking the initiative because afraid of something. But, if we don't think in the more passive way, it could be better (in the more positive way). Taking initiative is to take the step ahead when no one else willing to take it. Maybe the step will lead to sth good, but in certain way it might not be on your side. But it might help someone else if we took the step. As long as the initiative doesn't lead to sin, it will be alright.
